1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, submitting a listing to, or using ApnaDirectory (https://apnadirectory.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Listing Eligibility & Guidelines

ApnaDirectory is intended to promote genuine Indian enterprises, including MSMEs, registered startups, local retail stores, direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, manufacturing facilities, independent professionals, and freelance service providers operating legally within the Republic of India.

When submitting a listing, you warrant and agree that:

• All information provided (business name, description, address, city, and contact details) is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.
• You are the authorized representative, owner, or agent of the listed business.
• The listed business does not engage in unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, or prohibited activities under Indian law.
• You possess all necessary rights and intellectual property permissions to display any submitted trademarks, logos, or media assets.

3. Anti-Spam & Fair Usage Policy

To maintain the integrity and quality of our public directory, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate listing rejection or account termination:

• Link & Channel Bypassing: Attempting to insert WhatsApp click-to-chat links (e.g., wa.me, api.whatsapp.com) into the official Website URL field on free listings is systematically blocked and prohibited.
• Duplicate Listings: Submitting identical or substantially similar business profiles under different names or categories to flood the directory.
• Misleading Categorization: Deliberately tagging businesses in unrelated industries or sectors to artificially manipulate discovery.

4. Listing Plans, Payments & Razorpay

ApnaDirectory offers free and paid priority listing tiers:

• Free Tier (₹0): Basic public profile with standard review queue and direct website link.
• Priority Pro Plan (₹9/mo): Instant approval, direct WhatsApp chat, direct phone reveal, and priority directory placement.
• Sponsored Spotlight (₹99/mo): Top homepage spotlight wall placement, fixed global header marquee ticker across all pages, purple glowing neon frame, and #1 search ranking.

All online transactions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions or promotional slots are activated immediately upon confirmed payment signature verification.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because paid plans provide immediate publication, promotional spotlight placement, and live contact unlocks, payments are non-refundable once the promotion period begins, except in cases of technical billing errors, duplicate charge deductions, or prolonged service outages attributable directly to ApnaDirectory. Refund requests must be emailed to support@apnadirectory.online within 48 hours of the transaction.

6. Verified Business Badge Policy

The blue "Verified Business" badge is a trust indicator granted strictly and exclusively by ApnaDirectory administrators after manual examination of official credentials (GSTIN, MSME Udyam, or company incorporation). Purchasing a Pro or Sponsored listing does not automatically guarantee or confer a Verified Badge.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ApnaDirectory acts as an online discovery and business index. While we strive to verify listings, we do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the products, services, financial stability, or contractual performance of any listed business. Any transactions, agreements, or disputes between consumers and listed businesses are solely between the respective parties.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of ApnaDirectory shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The competent courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
